Enriched with Birch Sap
In early spring, when mother nature is awakening from a long winter`s rest, the sap of the birch tree
starts to rise from the roots to the tips of every branch.
The life-blood brings the essential ingredient for the tree to flourish.
In Russia, the birch sap is traditionally harvset in early May. Drop by drop the sap is gently harvested from the tree through the slight incision in the bark.
Twelve century-Slavic manuscripts refer to the birch sap as the ingredient of their spiritual brewages, from which the contemporary vodka takes its roots

No cocktails needed Any vodka brand is good for cocktails because a cocktail totally hides its taste. Even a mediocre-qulity spirit will work fine in a mixed drink. While western vodkas are most typically used in cocktails, in Russia we traditionally enjoy our vodkas straight. Therefore the taste and quality of the spirit are very important. White Birch Vodka is produced in Russia.
